Western Serbia Academy of Applied Studies
Western Serbia Academy of Applied Studies offers accredited undergraduate and master’s degree study programmes in three fields of science: engineering and technology, social sciences and humanities, and medical and health sciences. All courses are taught in the Serbian language.
ABOUT ACADEMY
Western Serbia Academy of Applied Studies is a public accredited higher education institution, established in 2019, by merging two colleges, each with a tradition of over forty years in providing higher education – Užice College of Applied Sciences and Valjevo Business College of Applied Studies. The seat of the Academy is in the City of Užice.
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OFFICE
In compliance with the Internationalisation Strategy of Western Serbia Academy of Applied Studies, the International Relations Office aims to improve the quality of education by establishing and developing international cooperation with both higher education institutions and business organisations.
ACADEMY UNIT IN VALJEVO
The Academy Unit in Valjevo, founded in 1979 as Valjevo Business School of Applied Studies, is the only public higher education institution in the Kolubara District in the west of Serbia. It is also one of the six public business colleges of applied studies in the Republic of Serbia.
